I work near this restaurant and eat there frequently because the food is amazing. Overall, my experience with ordering has been positive, but it would greatly enhance the experience if the staff taking orders were a bit friendlier. A simple "thank you" or a smile could easily elevate this place to a 5-star rating in the eyes of many customers. Too often, the staff makes you feel like just another number rather than a valued patron. If they’re unhappy in their roles, they might want to consider a change. Man look a here. I drive charter buses and I?m from Dallas. I?ve always seen bus drivers go over to Chicken N Things when there?s down time to sit in the buses. Tonight was my first time ever trying them out. The kicker is and reasons for 5 ???s isgot starters they?re Latino my peeps and cook Chinese food better than most. I ordered the orange chicken combo, which comes with fried rice and an egg roll. This place has some of the best orange chicken I've ever tasted—I'm truly impressed! The sweetness of the dish pairs wonderfully with the red and green bell peppers and onions. The fried rice was also excellently prepared and flavorful, while the egg roll was just the right amount of crispy. Overall, it was an outstanding meal!
This restaurant was disappointing! The chicken tenders were dry and flavorless, the fries were served cold, and the only decent item was the chicken fried rice. To make matters worse, my bill was $31, but when I got home, I noticed they charged me $38. The $7 in taxes seems excessive. I won't be returning!

The drive through service was SUPER SLOW. The window attendant was nice when she finally took my order but not really knowledgeable of the brand. The food was mediocre and forgettable. Unfortunately I will not be visiting here again. Bonappetite!
The staff have a negative demeanor; even when a customer walks in with a smile, the atmosphere quickly changes. Despite being bilingual, they refuse to speak in Spanish, which upset my mom and made her feel uncomfortable.
My family has been eating here for years! It's a great place for chicken and Chinese cuisine. Everything is made fresh, so expect to wait a bit for your food. We usually place our order about 15 minutes ahead of time.
The chicken fingers here are really good, but I thought the portion of French fries was a bit lacking; they serve you very few alongside the chicken. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for tasty food.
