First and last time at this location. I ordered over the phone BBQ wing ding combo, catfish combo, and rib and wing combo. I requested all flats, but the person said they can't do all flats. I said, ok, well how about more flats than drums, he said he still couldn't do it. I said no big deal. I then requested extra butter on the potatoes. He then tells me my order would be ready in 25 minutes. I get there in 15 minutes, my order is ready. At this point, I am impressed. I live 7 minutes away. Got home, immediately went to eat, my food is at room temperature. On top of my food being room temperature, the BBQ sauce is on the wings like someone poured ketchup on fries, and they gave me damn near...
I ordered a 12-piece chicken meal with potatoes and coleslaw. When I got home, I realized that there were very few potatoes in the container. I called the restaurant and they took down my name for a replacement order to be picked up within 30 days. The next day, I went to pick up the replacement order and spoke to the owner. He claimed to have no record of my situation and was very hostile towards me. Despite providing all the details, he treated me as if I were lying. Eventually, he gave me the missing potatoes, but did not apologize or show any concern for the situation. His attitude towards me seemed discriminatory. Additionally, the chicken was soggy and not crispy.
I visited this restaurant after work for an 8 piece chicken meal and a slab of ribs. What I received was the best customer service I have experienced in years. The young lady who served me deserves recognition for exceeding expectations. In today's food industry, customers often receive poor service and high prices. However, that was not the case here. I will definitely be returning soon to enjoy the excellent service provided by this young lady. Thank you and see you soon! P.S. She was thrilled about the bottle of BBQ sauce.
I stopped in this evening after work for an 8 PC chicken meal and a slab of ribs. What I got was the best damn customer service I've had in years.The young lady who served me needs praise for Going above and beyond. In today's food service industry customers got the short end of the stick.Higher prices,longer lines and sub par food and service. I just ordered on 2.13.22 ahead of the Superbowl. Arrived cold and for over $40, what a joke. Food was missing. I ordered through their website. Owner said bring it back. Dude, i had it delivered for a reason. Such a loser. Asked for a refund. Wouldn't budge. I know the issues restaurants are going through, and i support most, however,this place is a joke. Never again. So disappointed. Place has went downhill.
I apologize, but since I work near this restaurant, my meal was cold by the time I sat down to eat. One of the sides had spilled juices all over the plate, and the drink was warm, as if it had been sitting out for hours. It seemed like my order had been prepared well in advance and left to sit.
I enjoy chicken falafel, but I dislike this restaurant. Unfortunately, it is the closest one to me. The falafel is always soggy and poorly cooked. It was not hot when I received it. There were hardly any potatoes in the container. The customer service at this location is also lacking.
The chicken at this restaurant is fantastic! They prepare it fresh. I suggest bringing your own sauces or picking some up from a store, as the ones they offer aren't the best. Make sure to try the side potatoes - they're a must-have!

Great experience! Ordered a 24pc of chicken with 3 sides and food was ready quicker than I thought! Manager in red jacket is very friendly! Will definitely return.
