I was so excited to visit this restaurant. it is a favorite of me that is not available outside of michigan, so while I was in the city, I did not miss the opportunity to stop and get a tour. I was so excited to finally enjoy my favorite BBQ chicken that I went back to my place without checking the order. When I came to my destination, I was disappointed to find my huh completely naked. I returned to the restaurant where the casser offered me sauce to immerse the huh in?. that's not how it is. they have restored my order by taking the huh I had to turn it into fat and then coating it in the sauce. it wasn't the taste that I was looking for. Chicken Shack is hands down the best fried treat around. I've been a regular at Chicken Shack for years and have never been disappointed. The only thing I haven't tried yet is the grilled chicken, but I hear it's pretty tasty too. My go-to items on the menu are the English cod and chicken bites, both of which are delicious. The potatoes are also top-notch. One time when I was there, a lady came in asking for healthy options, which I found a bit odd considering it's Chicken Shack.

they always make it fresh when they order. yes it takes 10 15 minutes, but it is worth eating hot, fresh.
