Delicious coffee and quick service! I always enjoy grabbing my morning coffee from this Dunkin' Donuts location, and I occasionally treat myself to a donut as well. Each time I've visited, they've had a variety of flavored coffee options available, along with a fresh selection of donuts. The person taking my order from the drive through wasn't helpful in answering my questions regarding the donuts available. Maybe it's just this Dunkin, but the donuts were subpar at best. The Cruller and other donuts were stale. I guess I'm just used to better quality from the Tim Hortons, I will not be back. I asked if they had a Christmas donut and he said, yes a green one...not a holiday donut in my eyes. Also, their strawberry dipped with sprinkles wasn't very good looking. Sprinkles were lacking and just poor presentation.
They are always out of numerous items. The owners could care less. They have zero customer service skills. The last time I was there the ice cream was melting in the containers, there was ice cream in a large puddle on the floors. I previously came in for an order and they seemed annoyed by asking for a dozen variety of bagels. Sorry for giving you business?? They have no manners, just kind of grunt at you. Customer service skills manners would go a long way here. Not sure why they chose to run a business behave like this.
We pulled up to get our coffees in the drive-thru and they had 15-20 double shots of expresso pre made, stacked, sitting in plastic cups waiting to get added to coffees for the morning (Expresso shots go bad very shortly after making them, and also hot expresso shouldn't go directly into PLASTIC CUPS!! . Will never go back, if they are cutting corners like that who knows what else is going on. I even asked the guy if they were expresso shots sitting there and he confirmed it.

Ordered a frozen Chocolate and half dozen donuts. Frozen chocolate was missing about an inch from the top of the glass, which would have been acceptable if they would have topped it with whipped cream. However, no whipped cream or chocolate drizzle. The donuts were stale, as in day old tasting. It is inexcusable to get stale baked goods. So much for time to make the donuts. Avoid this location.
Every time I come here I am satisfied. Their everything bagel bites are amazing, their iced coffee with vanilla swirl is amazing. I love it! And to top it off, maybe I just get lucky, but whenever I come here it's never crazy busy like the other locations. You can't expect much from a chain, but I've never been disappointed from this Dunkin!
I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand. I would recommend staying away from this place. We ordered four items, and they messed up two of them and completely forgot one. They also never provided me with a receipt, so I'm not even sure if they charged me for it.
I ordered an Iced Chai Latte, but it tasted like just milk. We went through the drive-thru, and the service was fine, though a bit slow. My friend also got a hot chai latte, and it was mostly milk as well. Overall, we were very disappointed with our visit.

This may be the world's worst Dunkin Donuts. They have very few donuts. The staff stands around when there are customers waiting and I heard one of the employees accuse a customer of not paying.
We had friendly service and our donuts were great. We got an assorted half dozen donuts and 10 munchkins. We'll be back when we need more!
