Chicken Treat - Réservation de table

Chicken Treat Southern River was once a top-notch restaurant, but now it has become the worst. I was very disappointed because just over a year ago, they served hot, fresh, and delicious meals. However, tonight was a different story. The Baconary burger was so bad that I had to throw it away, it was inedible and the sauce tasted awful. The wrap was unevenly heated and tasted like reheated leftovers. The half chicken was flavorless and dry, not nearly as tender and juicy as it used to be. It seems like the freshness has disappeared. This restaurant is no longer worth visiting and I will not be returning.

Ordered and took the food home and it was incorrect, than came back to get a blunt response from the gentlemen behind the counter telling me that's not what I ordered. Don't put words in my mouth, I know what I ordered. Perhaps slow down and stop rushing and actually listen to people!

I am a regular customer at this restaurant, often visiting on Tuesday evenings and Thursday afternoons. The cashier is always kind, helpful, and amazing. The food is simply spectacular. I usually dine in for dinner, and the price per person typically ranges from A$100 to A$120.

The man inside working on the till constantly scratching his skin and face.No staff so he has to go in back and make food also. I watched him put someones burger together with no gloves. No hygiene control just pure gross.They need training this is disgusting. Réservez une table maintenant

Yesterday afternoon, my large family ordered a meal from this restaurant and it was definitely worth the price. The quality was much better than Woolworths and Coles.

The customer service at this restaurant is really poor. The staff is young and they should not be working if they are just going to ignore you and be rude.

I did not receive both of my drinks! The service was for take-out, and the meal was breakfast. The price range per person was A$1-20.
