I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Chick-fil-A in Farmington! I needed to place a last-minute order for over 40 chicken sandwiches for a business function, and I was worried about the timing, especially since I came in during the busy lunch rush. But Melissa and Tom handled everything flawlessly. Despite the rush, they greeted me with smiles, stayed incredibly organized, and made the whole process feel effortless. Not once did they make me feel like I was overwhelming them with such a big order on short notice. Instead, they were accommodating, efficient, and genuinely happy to help. The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared, and everything was ready right when I needed it....
So excited there is finally a Chick-fil-A in the area!! The staff is always friendly and happy to serve their customers. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible experience. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The food is always fresh and our order is always accurate. We've been coming since they first opened and will continue to frequent it on a regular basis.
Fan of the food, but my location struggles with large orders. I have had items missing multiple times and needed to go back after getting home and checking bags. They’re great about correcting the mistake and never had issues in making order while, but it’s a pain to have to get home, realize issues, go back, as for mgr, get remainder, go back home and miss half of family dinner time.
This place was great when they first opened. Since then the service has gone downhill. Three or more visits in a row they have messed up my order and the teenage staff was less than apologetic. The staff is generally polite and the food is always good when the order is correct. They require some leadership.

Food was great, as always. All the staff were very nice. It took an extra few minutes for our mobile order to go through, and we got free brownies as compensation. This is a perfect example of the awesome customer service found at Chick-fil-A.
I forgot to get my sauce when I ordered at the drive-thru, so I had to go inside to ask for it. The girl at the counter was really generous and gave me plenty!
The food is consistently hot and delicious. However, I wish they would place the menu further back in the drive-through, as I'm not familiar with it by heart.
Chick-fil-A never disappoints, and this location goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience!
