They have 'fast' perfected: even with a line of cars wrapping around the building twice, your order is typically taken within 10 minutes and served within 25. On a good day, you could be in and out in just 10 minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food consistently meets the expectations of the brand. I stop here several times a year when I'm driving to visit family, and I've never been disappointed. Just a heads up that restroom access has been unavailable since they stopped offering dine-in service, but the gas station next door is fine with you dropping by.
Chick-fil-A almost never fails to impress. This location had the added surprise of the owner himself, working hard behind the counter and making contact with nearly everyone that walked in. Service with a smile and a very clear willingness to serve and go above and beyond. Excellent attitude and customer facing charm. The place was spotlessly clean, food freshness and temperature on point and that little extra personalization of hospitality and service that made something as simple as a stop at Chick-fil-A, that much more of a treat.
They operate differently here. Since I work out of town, I usually stay at the hotel nearby when I'm in the Slidell area next to this restaurant. It's always clean and the staff is consistently respectful. They function like a well-oiled machine. I've been to several fast food chains, but none compare to this level of service. Huge respect to the staff and management!
As always, it was excellent! Describing the customer service as "top-notch" doesn't even do it justice. It's been said countless times, but other fast food chains should really pay attention. The food was outstanding. I truly hope Chick-fil-A comes out on top in the fast food industry and remains the last restaurant standing (just like John Spartan would say). We had a great experience. Our food was served hot and was exactly what we ordered. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. I did need to ask about my receipt, but overall, I felt satisfied with my payment and the process of adding my points to the system.
