I finally went here for the first time and tried their chicken strips and famous waffle fries of course with a side of chic fila sauce which is fantastic. Every thing was perfect, and staff was very nice and pleasant, I was thanked for stopping in as well, and tables were being cleaned directly after others were finished leaving the dining area.
If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a combo and asked for a large water. They said they only give water in small cups even when you are paying for a medium cup in a combo. Seriously people its water. I was even willing to pay extra for the cup. Because of dietary problems I can't have sugar or artificial sweetener. Its water!!!
Recently visited this location to try a new menu item. After 10 minutes of the employee stating the item requested did not exist, although the signage said other wise, Bill, which I assume is a new employee, successfully placed my order. At the end of the interaction, Bill did not say “my pleasure”, which was very disheartening.
