Super friendly service and very accommodating of our large group. There was just enough room for a 60-pax bus to pull through, drop us off, and then wait next door. We warned the restaurant before coming, and they seemed prepared. Our huge group sat side-by-side with the lunch rush crowd and had our meals so quickly the line never really backed up. Someone not in a uniform, I'm assuming either the lead manager or owner, helped her staff and circulated through the restaurant making sure everyone had what they needed. The only thing they could do better is build a bigger restaurant!
Hands down...a phenomenal company! My newly Marine son-in-law was coming home on Sept 30, 2016 after graduating boot camp in Parris Island. We only asked for recognition on their signs outside. Not only did they approve our request, they also gave a round of applause as he entered the restaurant. In a back seating section, they had a banner, balloons, and decorated tables for us to sit at. Words can't describe our gratitude for them going over and beyond what was asked for. From the bottom of our hearts, my whole family thanks you! OohRah!
The young lady who took our order this evening exceeded even the company’s high standards. She was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job handling my energetic kids! I wish I had asked for her name, but it didn’t occur to me at the time. My son thinks her name might be Hannah. I also sent a review to corporate with ticket number 8093581 from 7:15 PM on 11/5/22. Thank you for maintaining such high standards and for having exceptional staff; it truly makes a difference! This was my best experience ever with this restaurant chain.
What can I say? I mean it 's Chick fil a? The Lord 's Chicken. Fast friendly service. Great food. No extra charges for additional sauces. Milkshakes are honestly the best. Lemonade is perfect. Even the diet Lemonade is good. Honestly the best part of theexperience is the Service. It 's hard to get good service in fast food. They pride themselves in it!
