This is a specific shout out to Miguel! The first time he was my cashier, I was impressed by his enthusiasm but also calm demeanor. Last night he took our order and we were a large but also indecisive group. Super patient, not any sign of annoyance. I felt that I really had to shout him out because his customer service is refreshing. I hope he keeps up the good work and management recognizes him for it. This good attitude can go a long way
A friend of mine visited this coffee shop and ordered 3 iced americanos and an iced chocolate. Despite his clear pronunciation, the staff mistakenly gave him a hot chocolate instead. Adding to the disappointment, he had to wait 10 minutes just to place the order. While the drinks themselves were decent, the service left much to be desired. Personally, I am not inclined to return to this establishment.
I was in the mood for tea or coffee and luckily found this spot nearby. It was a great place to grab a quick drink. I opted for a latte with almond milk, which was delicious and made just right. Overall, it was a decent latte. I would definitely return to try out other items on their menu. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service.
