This is the best fast-food spot I've tried! The chicken sandwich is incredible, and the prices are comparable to other fast-food places, even though the quality of food is much better. The wait time can be a bit long—I've noticed people who seem to know the staff can walk in, place their order after you, and receive their food first, even when they order the same thing (most people go for the chicken sandwich and waffle fries). Despite that, I still give it a 5-star rating. It's far superior to other fast-food joints where you can be the only customer and still wait ten minutes. Thr food is good, but the other day I made an order for Chick-fil-A #1 the meal, I forgot to ask them for Chick-fil-A sauce because they normally had given to me before, but they only gave ketchup and my sandwich only had the chicken and two pieces of pickles. Besides that it looks like if it had 3 pickles and they took one. I didn't have time to go back and claim anything because I was going to eat on my home 1h away from there.
The food is consistently excellent! I've visited several Chick-fil-A locations outside of the area, and they are always very clean. However, I was quite shocked by the state of the lobby at the Wilkes Barre location—it was a complete mess! The staff were very friendly, and the food was fantastic, but the untidy lobby really put me off. I ended up taking my food to go because I wouldn't feel comfortable eating in that setting.
The lady at the register was rude. I was asking for change when she cut me off rolling her eyes, telling me they had no change. Then she ignored me and moved on. I wanted to order food as well. We went to the other location 15 minutes away. The people were very nice, got our food quick, and it was great.

Best chicken sandwich I ever had. First time trying it and I can't believe I waited Soo long. It was so good. Fries were awesome as well. No complaints. Will definitely be my go to.

Was a chil fil a express, so not all menu items were available. But no waiting at all! A first for me.
