This is the worst location ever! I asked for a #4 3ct meal and the girl at the counter just charged me for 3 count strips. I also redeemed some point for a kale crunch which she did just fine. I proceeded to linger after I paid since she didn't ask me what my drink was. I asked about it, and she goes oh I didn't know you wanted a meal. Okay fine. So she goes to ask the shift manager what to do, and comes back to charge me for the drink. So I ask about my fries since I had a feeling she was still not understanding I needed a MEAL, and she was like oh no, I didn't order that while LAUGHING. So she calls the shift manager over and I tell her, well at this point I'm being charged 3 times now and...
I placed an order for $63.67 through DoorDash, but it arrived incorrect and missing items. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Jeff. Rather than addressing my concerns, he told me to contact DoorDash, claiming it was their issue and that they would simply send another driver. We escalated the complaint and received a credit from DoorDash. It's disappointing that Chick-fil-A doesn't seem to know how to properly pack orders. I ordered lunch for a business meeting, and having to go through all of this hassle for Chick-fil-A is frustrating. The lack of attention to detail adds unnecessary stress and complications to what should be a straightforward process.
First i need to say: Chick Fil A overall is absolutely the finest fast food restaurant EVER! They have an operating system that is clearly working perfect for them i hope it continues.But my visit there to the drive thru on Mon, Aug 8 was surprisingly far below what i've come to expect from them!I actually watched the clock this visit took me appx TWENTY mins to get simply 2 grilled chicken sandwiches! And it was 9pm they were not even crowded at all.I need to add my sandwiches were great as always but the visit experience was terribly below Chick Fil A's standards.
Ran me out of gas taking 30 plus minutes to get cars through the drive thru. As soon as they saw that I had other customers help push my car out of the way, they started handing the orders immediately to the cars in front of me and clearing the line because they had them ready the entire time and had the orders just sitting there. These fast food places do that all the time just to intentionally disrespect their customers. I contacted corporate and all they did was send me an insincere email with an apology. Just despicable people in Texas.

This box fil a has decreased over the year. The service is very slow in the thru drive or inside (including non-peak times). Orders are consistently wrong. Cleanliness is not the best. Children's playground is not yet open. Other operators have opened the children's area and are more family-friendly. Quality at other chick fil a’s is superior and the operators give freebies. Have given this operator thousands of dollars over the years in catering orders. Ends to change to another girl. Fit at this point if you can.
I was staying at a hotel next to this restaurant and decided to order takeout. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told I couldn’t be served unless I had a car, citing "safety" concerns. However, the same staff member who refused to let me pick up my food did allow me to go through for a refund since the charge had gone through on my card. It was a frustrating experience, marked by poor communication and customer service.
Notice how there are low reviews for this location... yeah well I experienced it for myself. The management here is beyond poor. They have both lanes of the drive thru closed and no curbside and this has been ongoing for far too long. The food was unbelievably poor compared to the usual cfa experience. Go to a different location this one deserves to be shut down or find a new manager.
I really love Chick-fil-A, especially this location, and I don't plan on stopping my visits anytime soon. However, I felt that some of the employees didn’t seem very engaged or interested in their work. Only a few of them truly appeared to enjoy their jobs, which was disappointing.

NO stars for this location. Suck at speed and getting order right. Sat in line AFTER lunch crowd for nearly 10 minutes after paying! Go to location on Inwood if you want your food
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but the sandwich was not good. The breading on the chicken was not made like it is normally made. I hope it is better next time.
