Came here on a week day during rush hour and definitely feel like this is the diamond in the rough of Chick-fil-A's. There's another Chick-fil-A store not more than 5 minutes away that gets more traffic, but at the same time, prevents this place from getting crazy busy during rush hour even. The other store will have lines so long that they build up on 75's service road, which at that point isn't even worth it anymore. Food was great as always; and yes, the service definitely lived up to the hype. My only complaints are the parking is a little crammed, and the traffic from surrounding stores makes this place feel incredibly congested at times. Also, the drive thru is hidden and hard to find...
Purpose You don't have your time here please play nothing but a bunch of kids and joking around on the phone, take selfies, cussing on top of each other while I put my order and then give me my order with missing items and lying to me saying there was 't more ice, but when I pulled up to window an employee pours a cup of ice with fudge and when I asked him someone else tried to hide it and just said clean it. O ya and 2 guys outside and 6 employees in the window not 1 Thanks, so I think My Pleasure is a thing of the past!
I came today to the drive through and was not having the best day, and when Omega asked me and said I could be honest, he did everything he could to make my day better. Even suggested I get some water since it was hot and get my nuggets well done. The customer service is always great at Chick-fil-A but this was above and beyond service. Omega deserves a raise, a bonus or at least a few dozen free nuggets.
Get ready to wait. Slowest drive thru out of all the surrounding Chick-fil-As in the area. Also there’s absolutely no way out of the drive thru! I was in line before breakfast was over and by the time I made it to order it was 2min after. It’s absolutely ridiculous to be honest just go to a different location unless you have time to spare.

This chic location is quite disappointing! The service was lacking, as they didn’t have the full menu available. I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for just three or four mini items. The staff was also quite rude. I've never experienced anything like this at Chick-fil-A before, so I felt compelled to write a review.
I drove through and the woman who took my order completely disregarded what I wanted. When she initially got it wrong, she just told me the price without addressing the mistake. I also missed out on the sauces. Overall, this was the worst experience I've had with Chick-fil-A.
Everything is perfect about Chick-fil-A other than the customer service could be a little friendlier. The food is always fresh hot and tasty and the lemonade is the best.Food: 5/5
The restaurant has a very clean and professional atmosphere. They offered sauces on the side, making it convenient to grab them on your way out. Food: 5/5.
