Today was quite an interesting experience at this Chick-fil-A location. My husband and I placed an online order but had trouble confirming it when we arrived. There was a line, and some confusion with guest orders, which made us a bit impatient since this isn’t what we’re used to at Chick-fil-A. We never managed to confirm our order, though it seemed we were charged. Fortunately, a young lady named Miss Florence and the manager, Corey, took excellent care of us. We had a great experience yesterday. For some reason the chick fil a app would not let us redeem any rewards or use our funds on app but the crew up front Mr. Corey and Ms. Sydney took care of us and made us very comfortable. We always come in on Saturday and Mr Corey knows us by name and our general order that's always the same. The store was clean everyone greeted us with a warm welcome. Although we were upset about the app Corey and the crew up front made us forget all about it with great service and a solution to problem. I just wanted to let it be known that there is a great crew at this location. Manager Corey had some of the best customer service I have experienced at a chick fil a and was in charge of a great team. The store was clean the food was great and they were really fast. WE were made to feel like Vip's. The Manager Corey took time out to engage in conversation with us and it felt like we were family. The dining room host was also great and seem to know allot of the guests. The entire team was great and my mother was very impressed with her 1st visit to a chick fil a. I received my food cold, especially the fries, which I didn't even eat! I ordered through DoorDash, and my delivery driver was already at the restaurant. However, I'm puzzled as to why the fries were cold and soggy! When I mentioned this, the manager advised me to reach out to DoorDash, but since they didn't prepare my meal, I won't be returning or ordering from this location again!

Tamirah provided outstanding service, going above and beyond. However, there was a mistake with our order, and we had to wait for the correct items to be delivered. It would be great if they had lunch items ready, especially nearing the end of lunch hours. We arrived at 10:20 and were told to return in 15 minutes.
I had chicken strips, fries, and honey BBQ sauce, and right after, my stomach started to hurt. My friend experienced the same issue, and my stomach was upset for hours. I'm considering reaching out to corporate about this.
I’m a big fan of Chick-fil-A, and this location ranks as one of the best I’ve visited. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the customer service is outstanding. On top of that, the food is delicious!
