Mother and Son Lunch I can truly say I will be returning. Even though the inside had a line and the drive thru line was, as always, LONG, and people were coming in and out for their online pickup orders....everything was moving like a well oiled machine. The cashiers and employees were courteous and kind... even when there was a customer at the counter that couldn't decide what she wanted, the male cashier was so patient with her. We ordered the chicken strips and macaroni and cheese, and I'm so glad that we did. The chicken strips were crunchy on the outside, yet juicy and moist on the inside. Disgusted!!! Not only did I find a hair in my salad my order was wrong, wrong dressing for the salad gave me grilled chicken instead of the spicy chicken that came with the spicy southwest salad. Manager was no help after calling explaining whathappened to my order she had the audacity to say to come back to the store with my order the hell I look like coming back theworkers in the kitchen should?ve been wearing hairnets then I wouldn?t have to worry about coming back. Folks just pay attentionto your order watch out for any hair in your food.

If I could give them zero stars, I definitely would; they don't deserve even one. I waited in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes. I was on my break, and by the time I got back to work, my boss yelled at me. The employees were very slow and rude. I would never return to this Chick-fil-A, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Asked for sauces, same guy they?re in the bag, got home nope. In the sausage burritothere was 3 pieces of sausage and the other burrito wrap was hard. Don?t waste your time here go to another.
This is the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to! The food is unparalleled compared to any other location I've tried, and the customer service is consistently excellent. The drive-thru lines can get long at times, but they have a very effective system in place that keeps things moving quickly. I absolutely love this place, and no other location even comes close!

If I look, and I'm in the area, this is the place I'll eat! Always! Costume service is always on the point. The tables are always clean and they also put fresh flowers on the table, which really mean, much about how much they care about good service! All other fast food chains can learn one thing or 2 from chick fil a.
