Worst service, rude employees! I am a big Crumble fan. I buy a box of 4 almost every week at the location in Pinecrest. Happened to go to dinner next to this location and thought I 'd stop in to Crumble to take desert home. I waited at the counter for a little while before an employee finally looked at me with an attitude and asked if she could help me. I said yes I 'd like to buy a box of 4 cookies. She rudely said You are supposed to use the iPad to order. This was new to me since my location usually takes my order but okay. So I order my cookies and move over to the counter where you wait for your order. Only to notice it was FILTHY with icing and crumbs smeared all over the entire counte...

Lets start off by saying I love this cookie store company. I have ordered several of the large fresh gourmet cookies from other Crumbl shops, but first time at this location. My wife wanted try the chocolate chip since I devoured it last time at the Sunrise store. We walk into the shop and get a fresh dough smell right in our faces. The store was spotless and the inside had the ovens, mixers and wall menu the same as the other shops. We loved the variety of their cookies on the counter display. They had several large and very tiny gourmet cookies to purchase, well thats what we assumed at first. This was my first experience at a Crumbl Cookie store. I encountered an unfortunate situation with a very rude cashier. Upon entering the store, the cashier openly complained about not wanting to be there and expressed frustration about working a 13-hour shift. As this person took our order, she made faces as if she was annoyed to take the order in the first place. This unprofessional behavior made me feel quite uncomfortable and diminished my excitement for trying your cookies for the first time. I understand that long work hours can be challenging, but I believe that maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere is essential for customer satisfaction.
Our office loves your cookies ! We usually get the assorted cookies and my favorite is the classic chocolate chip cookies but the Oreos cheesecake and the Strawberry cake this week were great! Can't say much about the service nor ambiance since we get it delivered by our clients as a gift but the delivery people were always friendly.
There cookies change every week OMG they are delicious I got the 6 mini pack of cookies the pumpkin chocolate chip omg so delicious and I got regular chocolate chip always one of my favorites and the apple pie cookie and peanut butter cup wow I need to go back !!!!!!! They were not busy service was ok. Plenty of parking must try
