Went in on my break cashier was excellent but had to wait for my milkshake finally when it comes up I have a spoon full of whip cream and no cherry so when asked I was told their were no cherries left and the guy just walked off so had to go to a different worker and ask for more whip cream which I got but he decided to spray whip cream all over the top and now I got my cherry which magically appeared and was told that they were restocking them when mine was made. I really do not appreciate the way my food was handled or the service which with it took for them to do something so simple and the way my shake looks makes me want my money back it even has some yellow stuff around the rim
I visit this restaurant every Thursday, and despite the changes in staff, I consistently receive the same excellent service week after week. I've been dining here at least once a week for about five years, and I never get tired of it; I always look forward to my visits. Their salads are incredible, their chicken sandwiches are always delicious, and the menu is very user-friendly. They also offer gluten-free buns for those with dietary restrictions.
The food is consistently delicious, and the service is excellent with fast drive-thru options. Parking is convenient as well. I used the drive-thru, and it was quick and hassle-free. They offer kids' meals, making it a family-friendly spot. Additionally, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
Received cold French fries and the response time to curbside pick up is horrible. I placed my order 30 mins prior to arriving and still had to wait over 20 mins to receive my food. I’m not liking the service at this location, Dorchester Rd, and the Goose Creek location.

Don’t understand what the big deal is about this food it is mediocre at best.
