However, once I got to work, I realized that while I had my free sandwich, I didn’t have the medium fries I had paid for. Working in the nearby ER, there was no way for me to leave my shift to go back and retrieve them, even if I called to report the missing item. The place was busy, and the service remained excellent, but I know that many people rely on their reward points and every dollar when living paycheck to paycheck (I've seen a lot of college students do this). So, when the cost of the missing fries effectively negates the free sandwich, it turns an otherwise affordable meal into an unfortunate situation. Despite this hiccup, I understand that mistakes happen, and it won't stop me...

The service was excellent and the food was good. However, I found it inconvenient that the two cash registers are only a foot apart, making it necessary to shout to place an order while trying to communicate with another customer at the same time.

Always the best smiling service and will make sure your meals are satisfactory! Quick for a large family with children. Drive thru mobile orders are always fast and open! Pick-up orders are usually quick and correct. Use your App for free meals!

What can I say? It's Chick-fil-A... Amazing food. Amazing staff and very fast service. The lines are always long, but they always get you through them really fast. Other fast food chains should learn this type of service efficiency. Réservez une table maintenant

The chicken is excellent, the staff are very courteous, and the restaurant is impeccably clean. Although there is a bit of a wait, you can easily avoid it by ordering online and using the mobile line.

Pit stop as I traveled to grab fries and fruit……the customer service was great. Table service was an added plus, being I needed to sit to charge my phone. Always fresh, quality food.

Look out for the new drive-thru experience! There’s a lane for placing new orders, and another one for picking up orders placed in advance through the app!
