I just visited this Chick-fil-A for the first time, and while the young person who took my order was very sweet, I didn’t catch their name from the name tag. Unfortunately, I have to give this location a 2-star review because I witnessed the manager approach the young employee who took my order and start reprimanding him right in front of me. The way he addressed the situation was quite cold and tense, which made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. Additionally, it seemed very unprofessional to correct staff members in front of customers. The manager then did the same thing to a young girl taking orders at another drive-thru lane. During my visit to the counter to refill my wife's drink, I came across Ryan, a young man with glasses, who was quite rude and condescending when I requested extra ice and a new lid. He questioned my need for another lid, asking if I hadn't received one with my original drink. Why should a customer have to justify such a simple request? His unfriendly attitude made him seem ill-suited for a customer service role and more appropriate for behind-the-scenes work. It's not surprising that this location now closes at 9 PM, unlike others; I can't help but wonder what might be behind that decision.
The sullen boy working there seemed more interested in venting about how it was his last day tomorrow than in being polite or helpful. When I walked in, I was greeted with a gruff "Can I help you?" that made it clear how unwelcome I was. I asked about a peach milkshake, but before I could finish, he cut me off with a rude "We don't have peach milkshakes." It felt completely uncalled for. I sat and observed other customers receiving similar treatment as he continued to complain about his job for everyone to hear.
We really enjoy Chic Felt and eat there often. The ordering app makes it super easy to place and pick up our orders, which motivates us to visit more frequently because of the convenience of online ordering. We also appreciate being able to earn points with our online purchases, allowing us to treat ourselves to a free sandwich from time to time!

I ordered a frosty lemonade and requested whipped cream, but they told me it wasn't possible since the drink doesn't come with it. The waitress was nice enough to ask the manager, but he also refused to add the whipped cream. Next time, I'm going to Starbucks. They are very generous with their whipped cream and even offer a pup cup for my dog!
The food here is fantastic, but the service is incredibly slow! Be prepared to wait 45 minutes to an hour if you visit during lunch. Additionally, there's an older woman working at this location who is quite rude. While the rest of the staff is polite and friendly, as you would expect from Chick-fil-A, she stands out for all the wrong reasons.
The fries were tasty, but the chicken nuggets seemed like they were leftover from breakfast. I had higher expectations for a restaurant in Brentwood. I don't intend to come back to this Chick-fil-A; I'll just go to the one in Mt. Juliet instead.
I just returned from my lunch break, and the line was really long. However, once I got inside to place my order, I was informed it would only take about 2 minutes—and it really did! The food was amazing, and the staff was excellent!

I needed to order breakfast for 12 people at work, and Chick-fil-A provided quick service with a smile, getting me in and out efficiently. I really love this place and will make an effort to support them.
