Charlie runs a well-organized operation. A lady didn't receive her food, and when she complained, Fred genuinely seemed sorry. He got her meal to her in just two minutes and even upgraded her fries and gave her a complimentary item—a shake, if I recall correctly. It's impressive! You rarely see service like that in fast food. I've certainly never experienced it before.
The drive-thru staff member was remarkably friendly and courteous. He made a special effort to ensure I felt appreciated, which truly brightened my day. I shared my wonderful experience with my coworkers and family, and I will definitely be coming back to this location thanks to the excellent service I received.
