Updating. It 's been over a year now. We 've tried this location many more times. They have never gotten our food to us in a timely Chick-fil-A manner. I 've honestly never seen such an over-staffed and inefficient Chick-fil-A. Go to Dave Lyle Blvd and save yourself a good half hour. ... And then I get home with what should have been a cob salad. It 's not! Nor is it located carb! We 've not had a good experience at this Chick-fil-A yet. It usually takes about 20 minutes for my mobile order to be ready. I even went in and ordered an extra meal and still had to wait 10 minutes after that for my mobile order, meanwhile my extra meal was getting cold. They left out a kids meal (except the drink...

The app wouldn’t let me place my order, so I had to drive in. When I arrived, they told me it would take 20 minutes, so I decided to check on the status. I asked why the app wasn't accepting orders over $50, and one employee simply said he didn’t know and that he was just following orders. Then another staff member asked what I was waiting for, and when I explained, they told the cook in the back to hurry up with my order as if it didn’t matter. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I can understand things getting slow when they’re busy, but that wasn’t the case today. I’m used to much better service at Chick-fil-A.

Don?t lose your fire! I?m used to hearing great things about Chick-Fil-A. Don?t be the franchise that changes the hype. So here?s the deal my experience felt rushed. My sandwich was thrown together. Nothing I hate more than my bun sticking to the cheese in the wrong place and having to peel it!!! Call me OCD but it just is what it is. And my lid was dirty. My expectations are high when it comes to this franchise. Everyone?s human and makes mistakes but slow down a bit and make sure you?re continuing to give the excellent experience customers are used to.

The service was notably slow; they didn’t even ask for my name, which caused issues as they mistakenly placed my meal in the delivery service section. Even after I located it, I had to specifically ask for my milkshake. If this is company policy, then it’s a poor one. I can only hope that my visit was one-off and not a reflection of their daily operations, especially since the fries were cold, undercooked, and greasy. After a challenging day as foster parents, with a new child temporarily joining our family, we decided to treat ourselves to dinner at Chick-fil-A. As always, the staff was fantastic, and our orders were spot on. The kids absolutely love the chicken! We're also enjoying the new books they’re giving out with the kids' meals. Our children are all learning to read, and they have so much fun going through the books together.

The dining room was closed on the day of my visit, which resulted in a 30-minute wait for my food. To make matters worse, my drinks were missing. There should have been better management of the traffic flow, or at the very least, there should be an option for online ordering and pickup. Overall, this experience felt disorganized and chaotic.

Great lunch but come early, there will be a line. I love the grilled chicken club with pepper jack cheese. Great burger, yes there is a line (per usual) however the attendees are courteous and the line moves pretty quick considering. If and don't forget to download the app for free food and updates.

Abby, the manager, was warm and welcoming. I encountered a problem with my food, and she handled it promptly. Her professionalism truly stood out, and I would definitely return to this restaurant solely because of the kind service I received from Abby. Réservez une table maintenant

I love coming here. They are always great with their time and service, although a million people in the drive thru! Chick fil one must teach some of these other restaurants as it is done!
