I ordered a Dürüm menu and then received a kebab menu. My food was supposed to be spicy and with chicken, I got half fried and half raw meat and the kebab tasted like milk had been poured into it. The kebab in and of itself didn't taste like anything and there was far too little meat in it. Card payment with my cell phone didn't work, I was asked strange questions like which card I would pay with. All in all, every kebab shop within a 100m radius is better than this one. The employee was completely unfriendly! Wanted to buy us a pizza. After asking several times he said he would make us pizza. We waited and after a while we politely asked if we could still get our pizza... He then banned us from the house and told us never to come back. It's been a long time since we had such an unfriendly encounter with a waitress, especially because he didn't want to make us pizza because he was too lazy... Very unfortunate... Wallah krisis, I have three sauces and raisins on my Dürüm. When it comes to a sauce, I don't know if it's the pizza sauce and the cashier did something wrong. The part was thinner than the Bubatzholben, which I am now tearing into so that I can forget about it again. Sry, I think people are trying really hard, but when I say “with everything but herbs,” you don’t have to wrap some Berbertajine in the bread. A normal dürüm would have been enough. I was still a bit hungry after going out, so I thought it would be a good idea to eat a kebab. My decision couldn't have been worse, after the unfriendly service had served me I sat down at the table, but just looking at the kebab made me sick. I took a bite twice and had to leave it because it was inedible. If it were possible I would definitely give 0 stars, it was the worst kebab I've ever eaten. Ich habe eine Calzone bestellt und das hab ich bekommen... er fragte mich 3 mal was eine calzone ist ich habe es ihm auf der Tafel gezeigt dannach holte er einen Kollege und dann hatte er mich auch gefragt was das ist er laß dann die zutaten und machte das darauß und der eigentliche preis ist 11.90€ er verlangte 12.95€ das ist wohl eine Frechheit!!! Dürüm was okay, flatbread was very good, but sauces and salad are very much in the foreground and are too dominant. The Dürüm to take away was also only wrapped in paper, so the sauce leaked through. Had to leave the food, the meat was dry, instead of sweet potatoes like it was on the menu I got sweet potato fries (which should also be on the menu) and a lot of sauce over the food. Leider lässt die Qualität vom essen nach und die Portionen werden kleiner. Speziell das Fleisch im Döner wird weniger. Oft auch ganz unterschiedlich je nach Tageszeit. Bzw Wochenende nachts. Preislich auch etwas teurer als der normale dönerladen. 2-3€ ca. Personal teilweise unmotiviert aber kann ich bei dem Kundschaftsklientel nachvollziehen.
Beefdöner war echt unterirdisch und die Bedienung sehr unfreundlich.
