I hadn’t visited a Chili’s for about 8 years. I used to go all the time back when I had a traveling job. But I went this past Sunday and I was impressed. Every single person in the place was friendly and attentive. They were very helpful. Summer was a great waitress in terms of being pleasant and continually checking up on us. It was like restaurants used to be back before the COVID shakeup. And the food was pretty good too!
Our server Shayla was the absolute best! She was incredibly attentive, always refilled drinks, and made sure our food came quickly. She was considerate and made sure to let us know that there would be a wait for the mac and cheese. We hardly noticed the extra wait. Drinks, food, and appetizers were all excellent! Couldn't be happier.
Salad tasted funky, could've been my taste buds but wasn't about to eat it, waitress seemed like she was over her head and couldn't remember anything, had people beside us that wanted to be louder than the whole place. So this stop wasn't the best.
Bob was by far the absolute best server we have had the pleasure of meeting. His service has made our night. Our food was perfect, but did I mention Bob? Because we loved Bob ?! Come for Bob stay for the food! You are amazing Bob! Réservez une table maintenant
