The meals arrived fairly quickly, and the staff frequently checked in to see if we were enjoying our food or needed anything changed. I wouldn't recommend the chicken Cajun pasta, as the chicken tasted undercooked and lacked the expected Cajun flavor. However, I highly suggest trying the Blackberry-Sprite; it was a refreshing twist on regular Sprite, as recommended by the hostess. This is my grandkids' favorite restaurant, and that speaks volumes about their kids' menu. The food is excellent, and the service is generally good. However, there is often a wait to get seated. They only seat you when a waitress is available, which can mean you'll be left sitting and waiting while looking at empty tables. This can be quite frustrating, especially when the waiting area is crowded and you have to stand. On the bright side, they offer a diverse menu with plenty of options. I have never had a bad meal here.
The food was fantastic! I'm a big fan of the new black bean and veggie fajitas. Since I don't eat meat or dairy (I skipped the cheese), it was wonderful to find a vegetarian option on the menu that wasn't just a salad. The flavors were incredible. This is my grandkids favorite restaurant, which says something about their kids menu. The food is great and the service is usually good. There's usually a wait to be seated. They don't seat you until a waitress is available, so you may have to sit and wait while watching the empty tables. This is very frustrating when you have to stand because the waiting area is full. They have a good menu with lots of choices. I've never had a bad meal here.
Dustin and Emily are awesome! They both served me in the bar area. Dustin was super knowledgeable and very thorough to make sure the food came out as we ordered it. Emily was very kind and helpful. I definitely ordered a lot of drinks from her because they were made so well. I even tried the new drink. I think it was called Romance? So good! Will definitely return because of them.
It was a good experience. They do get really busy around 1200 pm Sundays, but if you can get there a little before it doesn't take long to get a seat. Servers were very busy, but still found time to check in and make sure the food was good, drinks were full, and if we need anything else. Chili's food is the same great food you expect.

This place is incredibly fast! I absolutely love it! I initially contacted a different location for a catering order, but let's just say it didn't go well.
Tables and menus were sticky but its a reasonable priced place to eat! Lots of menu options.
