I began my evening feeling lonely and hungry, and Chili's caught my eye. As I stepped inside this lovely restaurant, I was welcomed by a friendly smile and a warm greeting. I was seated at a clean booth, and my wonderful server, Spencer, approached me with genuine enthusiasm, ready to take my order. I decided on a medium-rare steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. He delivered my meal with a smile, and his kindness truly stood out. This young man understood exactly what I needed, and after I finished my meal and made my way back to my vehicle, it was Spencer's excellent service that left a lasting impression. Thank you, Spencer, and thank you, Chili's!
Food was horrible and cold. Steak was like eating shoe leather. Queso sauce was cold. My son's pasta had a hair in it. Had to ask for silverware and napkins several minutes after our food was served. My order was wrong and had to be sent back. It arrived when everyone else was done with their food.
I attempted to speak with the manager, but he appeared uninterested and walked away while we were talking. The restaurant was quite slow, with very few customers. The server and bartender, Lee, also seemed disengaged and spent time hanging out in the back.

Why did the quesadilla explosion salad change? It used to be the reason I stopped at chilis. The quesadilla tasted like old oil. The salad is that random salad. No black beans, no cheese.I won’t gone back sadly.
I visited the restaurant with some friends and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and our server was very responsive to our needs.
Service was a 10/10. Luke is by far the best waiter I have ever had. Please give that man a raise because he constantly RAISES THE BAR.
Food was not a 5 star food it was a 4 star food but the service and atmosphere was amazing
