I ordered the Triple Dipper and was disappointed to find that for $20, I basically received just two wings and one egg roll. Every time I order from this place on DoorDash, the portion size is reduced by about 80%, leaving me with very little. It seems the staff don’t care enough to prepare takeout orders with the same portions as dine-in. Truly disappointing.
Chili's consistently offers excellent flavors, but today we were disappointed. For the first time, the broccoli was excessively crunchy, almost to the point of being too much. While some might like it that way, we’ve always appreciated the tender, flavorful broccoli they typically serve. We hope this change isn’t permanent.
The food was average, but the service was prompt. Although my server did their job adequately, it felt like the majority of the staff were disengaged and seemed to want to be elsewhere. This lack of enthusiasm and connection with their work or customers appears to be a growing trend in the post-COVID era.
The slider was overcooked, dry, and burnt. The wings were undercooked, tough, and lacked sauce or seasoning. The street corn was also overcooked. I usually don’t write reviews, but this order really stood out. On a positive note, the egg rolls were quite good. Réservez une table maintenant
At Chili's, we waited quite a while to be seated, suggesting they might have been short staffed, but all the staff were very friendly. The menu offers very limited vegetarian options; the fried pickles were greasy, and the veggie fajitas were just average.
The corn and ribs at this restaurant are delicious, but they come at a steep price. Unfortunately, the customer service leaves much to be desired, and if it's particularly busy, you might have to wait around 45 minutes for your order.
The burger fell apart as soon as I picked it up, so I had to eat it with a fork. There was barely any avocado, and it was slathered with too much mayonnaise. Overall, it was quite disappointing.
