After waiting for 10 minutes, I noticed that other cars that arrived after me were already picking up their food and leaving. I tried to remain patient, thinking perhaps the kitchen was slower than usual. However, another 15 minutes passed, and the woman handling the curbside orders walked by me several times without providing any updates or checking on my status. By then, I had been waiting for nearly 30 minutes since my check-in!

When we arrived, half the tables were available, but for just two people, we were told there would be a 10-25 minute wait. We ended up waiting an hour, during which we saw at least five parties leave without being seated. When I asked to speak with the manager, they explained that they couldn’t accommodate anyone else due to one large party of 18. It was frustrating to see so many tables empty while there were more than seven staff members working on the floor, not including the bartender and cooks. This level of service is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.
I visited the restaurant for a date night, and I was quite disappointed with the service. Our server was on her personal cell phone while we were trying to decide on our third appetizer. I ordered the Strawberry AP drink, but it ended up being watery. My fiancé ordered a burger, which was big and hot, but unfortunately, it was unseasoned. We also got the triple combo, and the street corn was the highlight—it was delicious! However, I was quite upset to find a piece of plastic in my food.
Came here twice since COVID-19 interrupted how we have our fun. One word, CONSISTENT! Although wait times are still a thing and average about 20-25mins, the culture of this restaurant hasn?t changed. Amazing, expeditious staff who were ALL adhering and enforcing the mask policy were STILL very polite, welcoming and very attentive. I believe they?re currently keeping it under 50% capacity, but it?s really not bad at all. You?d appreciate the space.

My family and I were visiting from Mississippi and chose to dine at Chili's. The manager let us know there was a 25-30 minute wait, even though we could see several empty tables. When we asked about it, he explained that they had already served 20,000 customers that day.
The food was AMAZING !! Idk who the chef was in the evening of 12/6/2020 but I have NEVER had takeout that amazing, fresh and delicious!! Everything was PERFECT!! You can tell whoever made it loves what they do!! Amazing! ??
I ordered the margarita lime chicken meal at the restaurant. The server at the curbside was fantastic and provided excellent service! Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the rest of the staff.
I ordered a couple kid's meals and a choose 3 appetizer. The food was a nice temperature to eat the food right away. Our server was very knowledgeable which helps a lot.

My family of five went to Chili's for the first time in years. Unfortunately, they were out of the alcoholic drinks I had hoped to order, which was disappointing.
