The issues began when the hostess finally greeted me at the front after a long wait with no one in sight. She walked me to a table but made a stop by the kitchen first. When she turned to me looking surprised and asked why I was following her, I reminded her that she had said hello and offered to walk me to a table. She claimed she had forgotten—within just 30 seconds! Then she instructed me to return to the lobby to be seated. To add to the awkwardness, I ended up having her as my server, and she seemed quite embarrassed about the situation. Another amusing moment occurred when a guy brought my food and claimed he had seen me there often. I assured him that was not the case, but he insist...
My buddy and I came here for Veterans Day. We immediately got sat down and ordered our drinks. We got free Strawberry Lemonade refills and our burgers were absolutely delicious. I have to say, I absolutely love this Chili's location! Our server, Sierra, provided the best customer service possible. She went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our meal and made us feel right at home. The food was fantastic, as always, but the dessert was definitely my favorite part!
