I ordered food at 7:20pm. The food was supposed to be ready between 8:05 and 8:15. After an extra 20 min I go to ask where my food is. The waitress said we only have one chef. About 7 min later I get my food. It takes 7 minutes to get home. All my food was Luke warm at best. Fries was cold and stale. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger. The burger was cold and so was the mushrooms. I tried to call and no one picked up the phone. Super unprofessional. I tried to call to speak to a manager. No one would answer the phone. Chicken was definitely frozen and reheated. Taste like it came of one of those kid themed tv dinners, was soggy, and damn near needed a knife to tear into. They somehow messed up corn on the cob, and had the audacity to not put a single pinch of seasoning on it. Then to top it all off the fries were soggy and also 100% seasonless. Not even salt. This meal was 17$. Do not order here. Just needed to edit and add. I genuinly cant eat the chicken or the fries. Im ordering new food from elsewhere. Seriously. So bad, i didnt eat it.
HORRIBLE!!! no hostess present to greet and seat us, bartender was the server. Manager brought out food, ONLY the appetizer was HOT!!! as in temperature. The entrees were COLD and the garnish wasn't properly dressed, almost choked on cilantro stem. The bartender brought extra drinks without us even touching the 1st drinks. My 4yr old and I came here on Saturday afternoon and there was no Hostess. We waited over 8 minutes and mind you the bartender seen us and didn’t say a word. In addition, it was NOT busy. After 8mins or so a waitress came up to us (Asia). Our waitress was amazing but this place was dirty and customer service is lacking. Do Not Go Here until Chili’s makes some changes with the customer service here. I will NOT come back to this restaurant. Réservez une table maintenant
We waited 10 minutes for a party of 4 before a hostess was available. Waited 45-60 minutes before our food was served, despite being 1 of 5 families in the restaurant. Granted it was New Years day but the food was subpar. Ribs were dry, nachos weren't good and everything fried tasted stale. Ie, onion petals, fries, chicken tenders. Our server was great but the food and wait was unacceptable.
Went here for a casual dinner with the family, asked for a high chair for our 10 month old, the first high chair had mold on the straps so they brought a second one which also had mold on the straps. The grooves on the table had dirt and the place smelled as if they cleaned it with a dirty mop. Doubt we’ll ever go back there.
The food was fresh and served hot. Becky, the manager, was fantastic! Our server, Victoria, was very attentive to our table. Both of them went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. The restaurant was clean as well. I highly recommend this place.
