As a service worker myself, I understand that being short-staffed can sometimes lead to delays, which is why I am usually patient in these situations. However, my experience at this restaurant tonight was just unacceptable. I placed an online order and waited longer than the estimated time for it to be ready. When I went to the To-Go spot and waited with my number, I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. I noticed other customers getting their orders promptly, so I decided to call the restaurant. They told me my order was ready and would be brought out immediately, but after waiting another ten minutes with no sign of my order, I saw other customers going in to get their orders themselv...
Went to lunch with friends and we arrived right as the doors opened. The staff was faced with at least 20 people right when they opened. There was an understandable wait. But our server was very polite and then brought us some fresh hot nicely salted tortilla chips and salsa. Delicious! We each ordered something different I will share our photos below. Full beef nachos, chicken quesadillas explosion, and a burger and fries. Our meals together cost around $50 including taxes. We all had doggy bags!
The food and service at the restaurant were excellent. However, when my mother fell on the elevated platform, not a single worker came to help, check on her, or even acknowledge her. It was two men from other parties who ended up assisting us, despite my mother having broken her hip. We were disappointed by the lack of response or assistance from Chili's during the incident.
I got a burger from there yesterday and it was the second best burger I’ve EVER had. It had a nice pink to it and it was phenomenal…. The only place that’s had a better burger is Kuma Corner (Chicago area) which is about $19 a burger not including sides…. So for Chillis to be almost as good as that says a lot! The margarita was good too

Food and service were great. But my mother fell (booth on a raised platform) and not one single employee helped her, checked on her or even acknowledged her. People from two other parties helped us (thought she'd broken her hip), huge commotion for some time, but nothing from Chili's.
This is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food! The manager, Bernie Page, puts in a lot of effort to make sure that everyone has a great dining experience.
The food and service were great but we had to wait 45 minutes for lunch to be seated and the place wasn't half full because they didn't have enough help
I went to this restaurant on a Monday at 7:30 a.m. and was told they wanted to close early. I would recommend avoiding this place!

They dont feed drivers. I wont be bringing a bus full of customers to a Chilis again. Staff was nice.
We eventually got our food.It wasnt the right food.
