Chili's Grill - Réservation de table

I guess this chilli's only serves a specific type of clientel. We didn't feel welcome from the moment we walked in.I went here with my family and had a horrible experience. We waited in the car for half an hour and when we were finally able to sit no one came to our table. We saw another group sit and immediately a waiter took care of them but we sat holding our babies. After a while after making eye contact with a waiter she finally came over our table and asked how we were. I told her that we were about to leave. 12/18/21. Called for wait times for party of 9 which could be split in 2 and the girls on the phone said 15 min. We get there and they tell us 1-1.5 wait which is total Bs because there was many many tables open. Asked for a manager and took her sweet old time coming out to greet us and nothing but excuses and to use they are short on staff so they don’t seat every table is BS. Have been going there for years and what a SH the place has come to be and will not be going back. Went in for curbside, after regular hours ended. Curbside entrance not easily found due to poor drive up entrance from the highway, but not their fault. I called and they picked up pretty quickly and directed me to the correct entrance. Hostess greeted me pleasantly and apologized, even tho the fault was mine. Food was cheese quesadillas and mashed potatoes. A little heavy on the cheese, but as expected for grill at end of shift. Potatoes were normal casual sit in eatery quality potatoes, rated B+. Overall worth the 18 minute drive.

My family and I went to celebrate my 14-year-old son's birthday dinner. We encountered some difficulty finding a restaurant that could accommodate our group of 7 adults and 3 children, but after a short wait, the staff were able to put two tables together for us. Once seated, we had a fantastic time! Our waitress was friendly and attentive, the drinks were delicious, and the staff even sang happy birthday to my stepson. Overall, it was a wonderful evening, with great food to top it off. Réservez une table maintenant

Whenever I visit this restaurant, I always have a good experience. However, when Mia is working, it takes it to a whole other level. She is always cheerful and brings such a positive and energetic vibe to the place. I have seen her interact with customers and she is just so enthusiastic and bubbly. She goes above and beyond. I used to manage a restaurant myself and I wish I had someone like her on my team. I absolutely love her.

Pre-holiday shopping and decided to stop in for a quick drink and app, sat at the bar and the bartender threw menu at me (bar not busy at all). She was too busy conversing with the couple next to me. Took other orders before mine, took 10 minutes to even get a drink. Cook staff had to bring app out to me, it is the holiday's isn't this when they should work for tips? Not happy with service at all.

This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. It took an hour and I never received the food I had ordered. Additionally, the waiting staff need to be retrained to better interact with customers, as this is a crucial part of their job. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Come on Chilis... your curbside pick-up is completely unorganized. There should be no reason i'm waiting over 20+ minutes just for 2 items. The carelessness of the staff just completely turns me off, and I will not be coming to this Chilis anymore.
