We enjoy taking advantage of the 2-for-1 happy hour special at this restaurant. The food is decent, and my favorite dish is the warm, light chips paired with salsa. The salsa has a pleasant level of heat that's not too overpowering. The service staff is usually friendly and attentive. However, I have never been particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. I often find myself just sticking to the chips and salsa or queso.
This restaurant is seriously understaffed and not very clean. Despite placing a simple order, we ended up waiting nearly two hours with no explanation. The photo clearly shows that all the tables around us were dirty. It’s disheartening to witness such a drop in service quality in the restaurant industry.
We went to Chili's Grill for dinner with a large group. Our daughter is vegan, and Melissa understood exactly what she needed. She was very helpful with all our questions. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious and generous. We will definitely be returning.
We arrived at 4 PM and were informed that we would need to wait 10 to 15 minutes. We chose to wait, and luckily, our wait turned out to be quite brief. However, it was quite noisy due to a loud party taking place in both the restaurant and bar areas. Réservez une table maintenant
During our dinner that evening, there were only two servers, but they efficiently seated us and our food came out quickly. The highlight was that the food was incredibly delicious! We truly appreciate the excellent service and the wonderful meal.
I rarely complain, especially with 12 years of experience in the industry, but the chili I ordered to go was the saltiest I've ever had and was completely inedible. The curbside pickup was quick and easy, and the rest of the meal was excellent.
I waited 30 minutes for my burger, only to discover that it was undercooked. My server insisted that this is how all their burgers are prepared. I would suggest choosing Wendy's for a better experience instead.
