I've usually been satisfied with the service at this location compared to others, but tonight was a disappointing experience. There was a new employee working who had sagging pants while handling food, which I found inappropriate. I mentioned this concern to her, but even after repeating myself three times, she simply took out a piece of bread and stood there, saying nothing. There were three staff members on duty, including a so-called manager, and none of them greeted us.
To make matters worse, the manager became upset with me for expressing my irritation. When I pointed out that the young employee's attire was unprofessional, the manager responded defensively, saying the girl was new. In...
I ordered my sandwich with vegetables and mayo on the side to avoid it getting soggy during the trip home. However, when I requested this from the staff, one of them rudely refused and walked away. I tried to explain that customization is usually expected at a sandwich shop since I've worked at one before, but they still struggled to fulfill my request and provided subpar customer service. In the end, the employee reluctantly prepared my sandwich as I asked, but insisted that her manager had said they couldn't serve vegetables on the side.

I used to regularly go to the now-closed Subway on Arcade, but today I decided to try this location. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure the line moved quickly. They followed my sandwich order instructions precisely. I was truly impressed with the service and will definitely come back. It was an excellent experience.

I really enjoy Subway. I usually stick to one of two simple orders, which makes for a no-fuss experience. However, I was a bit frustrated when my sandwich came with some lettuce and banana peppers that I hadn’t asked for. I believe there was a bit of cross-contamination.

Worst subway. Always gets online order wrong. And when I come inside workers don’t even greet worste subway and customer service.

I wanted to get some food but won’t be returning. The employees were wearing headphones, which felt unprofessional.
Both of the sandwiches were excellent. The young man who prepared them was very courteous and respectful.
