I waited for my order at this restaurant, but when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. They brought out the wrong order twice! The food was also cold, as it had been sitting for 40 minutes. Despite arriving before other patrons, I was served after them. I was dressed casually in sweatpants and a t-shirt, but I hope that didn't affect the service I received. I paid for my drinks and appetizers, but refused to eat the cold fries and food they tried to pass off as fresh. They charged me the full amount for a meal that was not up to standard, but I chose not to eat it or pay for it. The manager did not understand or sympathize with my frustration over waiting for so long and receiving cold foo...
I had the same server the last 2 times I went to this location. I wish I knew his name but he has longer blonde hair on top with shorter sides and a nose ring. He was extremely attentive both times we came in. The first time it was just myself and my 4 kidsand this time I went with my children, mom and nephew. On both occasions the server went out of his way to ensure we hadeverything we needed. He helped my littles get onto the tablets and checked in on our table frequently. I haven't had excellentservice like that in quite awhile so I just wanted to take a moment to let management know.
As usual, the restaurant was under staffed and it took an hour to get our food. Chicken strips, soup, salad and a burger. The burger was cold, the fries were cold, tough and shriveled when it came to our table. On the other hand, our chips and salsa weregreat and in spite of being extremely under staffed, our server was fantastic. He was running back and forth between 14 tablesthat were within my view.....he may have had even more in the other room but our glasses were never empty and he was cheerfuland attentive. Thumbs down to Chili's this time but thumbs up to the staff
I have always had a positive experience ordering from It's Just Wings in the past, but this time was disappointing. I ordered wings and a cinnamon apple pie, which turned out to be more like a cinnamon apple empanada. The wings were good, but when I saved the dessert for later and unwrapped it, I noticed a funny taste. To my horror, there was mold on it. By the time I discovered this, it was too late to contact the restaurant to complain. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from here again.
We celebrated our grandson's 6th birthday at Chili's. The grandchildren and their parents enjoyed their meals. I ordered the chili, but all I could taste was an overwhelming presence of red chili powder. However, the house fries were delicious. I only managed to snap a picture of the chili before everyone was eager to dig in and enjoy their meal. LOL.
