After a tough day, I spontaneously decided to drop by Chili's. I was greeted by Lisa, who was truly wonderful. Even though the restaurant was busy and she was the only server on duty, she handled everything exceptionally well. The atmosphere was vibrant, with plenty of patrons at both the tables and the bar, all appearing to enjoy themselves. I highly recommend this spot—Lisa is fantastic, the food was tasty, and my mood completely improved. Perhaps the margarita played a part in that as well! This was my first visit to Chili's, but I will definitely return. And remember to tip your servers!
Southwest eggrolls appetizer was ok. 3 item smokehouse combo was mostly soggy from the corn to the brisket quesadilla. Pasta was just ok. Service was terrible. I got my soup, appetizer and meal before my soda came out though I did ask 3 times. Place waspretty empty for 6pm. Not only did I not enjoy my experience but the couple sitting behind us were also saying how bad thisplace was. I?m embarrassed I suggested this place for dinner. We left over half of each dish ordered tonight.

My husband and I visit this restaurant regularly. On March 1, 2022, he wanted to have some cocktails, so I left work at 5 pm and headed over. Although other customers mentioned there was a 45-minute wait, we decided to stay. The restaurant was understaffed, with only one waitress and a greeter on duty. Our server, Jocelyn, did an outstanding job managing everything by herself. She attended to everyone promptly, always with a smile, and ensured all guests were happy.
The wait time was a little lengthy, but we opted to sit at the bar to eat. The bartender was very kind and courteous. The drinks were decent, but I would personally suggest sticking to the classic margaritas. I found that anything with blackberries tasted a bit off due to the syrup they use. On a positive note, the food was served fresh and delicious. I customized my meal, and the pictures below showcase what I created, which I paid extra for.
I visited Chili's Grill for lunch and was impressed by the outstanding service from Marc, who was both attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, but the portions were so generous that I had difficulty finishing my meal. I also enjoyed the Black Cherry Blitz margarita, which was really flavorful.
Chili's Grill provided amazing service during our birthday celebration. Lisa was incredibly friendly and handled our order smoothly, even with 6 adults and 19 kids. The birthday surprise dessert made my child so happy. The menu had great options, and I’m glad I chose to spend my money here.
