I really love this location, its actually a 5 star review however due to the lack of the staff helping a new employee i had to give it 3 stars. The staff is always happy and quick to help. We came in and sat at the bar to watch the game. We where greeted by the bartender who told us it was his first day. We ordered our drinks and he took our order. Nothing to crazy, just an appetizer which was delicious! The eggrolls are smaller than before but then again we should control out portion control so I was satisfied with the change in sizing. Arrived here for Father's Day for a party of 2. The hostess at the front was really nice and greeted us as soon as we arrived. Didn't get their name, but it was a woman with short hair. We waited for only 8min on a Father's Day afternoon and the restaurant was slightly packed. I was honestly impressed with how fast we were seated and accommodated. After being seated our server was Austin and he was really friendly. I had ordered one of the new margaritas for a drink and when the bartender brought it out, he did inform me that they were out of one the ingredients, but he used another type of liquor. The greeter was extremely rude. Despite there being many open tables, they told us there would be a 30-minute wait and even refused to let us sit at one of the four unoccupied tables in the bar area. I spoke to the manager and asked if they were short-staffed; she replied no, that they were trying to space out the seating, all without any apology. Half the restaurant was empty. This is my second negative experience at Chili's, and I won't be coming back again.
Ordered online for take out food taste good I?m eating in my car while going back home but they forgot to put utensils with my order so I?m eating the food with my fingers (I hate that) Before getting my order I went inside to go to the bathroom and whenI got out to wash my hands I saw that one of the employees (a woman) used the restroom but didn?t wash her hands! We took the kids out for a Valentine's Day lunch and arrived around 2 p.m. as a family of five. We were seated and served promptly. The food was fresh and served hot, and the drinks were excellent too. Our servers were friendly and attentive, always with a smile. Overall, we had a much better experience here compared to the Chili's in our neighborhood.
Saul was amazing! Such a great experience at this chilies, the staff was amazing and the food was freshly prepared. I would 10 out of 10 recommend coming back to this location this staff was amazing and the food was on par for a chilies. Ask for Saul!
