Went there on Saturday afternoon with my boys and girlfriend... hostess was pleasant from there on it was horrible. After 20 plus minutes with staff walking by and not even a hi I went to the bar to order a drink and made bartender aware... about 15 minutes later manager came over and took kids order after 45 minutes of sitting.. boys order took a while but was finally brought out ..we then ordered and we never saw another person until a half hour plus before we got our food ...the waitress at the next table was trying to help but she was not assigned to our table .. no one was... 2 hrs plus to eat while people came ... ate and left. Most of the food was good. I ordered the steak from the low calorie menu. The steak was good but the side salad was pathetic. My son 's quesadilla was good and my other son 's Mac n cheese was what you would expect. The chips and salsa (which were free if you joined their club) were probably the best tasting thing we ordered. Our waitress was pleasant but when it came time to play she wanted me to use the tabletop device. It wouldn 't read my debit card. I then remembered I had a gift card but it wouldn 't read that either. It took about 10 minutes to flag her down and she resolved it quickly.
