Chili's Grill - Réservation de table

*DO NOT ORDER THE SAUSAGE*I just want to start off with saying that I LOVE Chilis. It is my favorite restaurant and normally the food is amazing but about a month ago I ate Chilis and I got the smokehouse combo and of course had to get the jalapeno sausage because it is amazing and I'd never had any problems with it before. My fiance and I shared it and we both got immensely sick afterwards. Throwing up, diarrhea, etc. As I said I love Chili's and before this had never had any problems so I assumed that it had been an accident not cooking it well enough. So I ordered it again today and this time my fiance was eating something else so I was the only one eating the sausage and nos I am immense...

I sat at the bar and it took over seven minutes for either of the two bartenders to acknowledge my presence. Eventually, I received my drink and food order. I had to ask for the bar to be cleaned and for silverware after my meal arrived. The food came out fairly quickly and was well prepared, although the bartender forgot to include the shrimp I had requested. On the plus side, my El Presidente Margarita was exceptional.

There was one server that took ownership for my server's table. I loved him. The hostess was unprofessional and wiped my table with a dirty rag and left water everywhere even on our seats. She brought me napkins for me to clean it myself instead of drying it. She was the WORST hostess I've ever experienced.

I found plastic in my dessert, and the food just tasted terrible. I ended up paying the bill mainly so that the sweet waitress wouldn’t get in trouble, even though we didn’t finish any of our meals. I can’t believe I spent $100 on food we didn’t eat! Réservez une table maintenant

This chili is really delicious, but the soft drinks (I tried Coke) tasted awful, and I’ll stick to sweet tea from now on. Yesterday, the payment terminals were down, and our waiter was busy, which made the checkout process take a long time.

I've always enjoyed Chili's, so I was excited to stop by on our way home. Our local Chili's closed a while back, making this visit a special treat for me. The service was excellent, and the food was very enjoyable.

The service was awful. We walked in and sat at the bar for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. Eventually, we decided to leave and won't be returning.
