Chili's Grill - Réservation de table

Despite there being numerous open tables, we and several other groups were asked to wait up to 30 minutes before being seated. The food took an especially long time to arrive at our table. In fact, other tables seated after us received their meals before we did. We had to request lemons for my wife's fish and for my iced tea more than once, and it took about 10 minutes to finally get them.

I visited last night and ordered coffee. I had to ask two staff members where my coffee was, and it turns out they had accidentally spilled the pot and needed to make a new batch. I’m curious what really happened to my coffee. Unfortunately, my server didn’t seem apologetic about the delay in my order. I used to enjoy this place, but it seems like their service has declined.

This was my first disappointing experience at a Chili's. The Bloody Mary was missing all the usual extras like celery and olives. The Sauvignon Blanc served was warm, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the queso dip was excessively salty. Our server was pleasant, but seemed overwhelmed with too many tables, causing delays in service.

AWFUL SERVICE!!! It all started with the rude hostess who lied about having only one server, all while trying to direct us to the bar. Meanwhile, I could clearly see at least three servers in the dining room and over six empty booths. Some businesses simply don't deserve to succeed, or even to survive after the COVID lockdowns. Our waiter Eric made our experience enjoyable. He was informative about the menu, friend, and attentive. The food was also surprisingly enjoyable. I'll definitely be back for more of Erics recommendations.

Chili's charged a $2.99 entertainment fee for games we didn't even play. This could potentially lead to a lawsuit for the company for adding charges to the bill without informing customers.

The Caesar salad wasPacked with so much garlic that it felt like it was burning my mouth, similar to the sensation of hot chilies.
