I had the worst experience I've ever had at a Chili's. We were initially told there would be a 30-minute wait for a table, but we ended up waiting nearly 50 minutes. Once we were finally seated, it took a long time for anyone to come over to take our drink orders or even offer us water. Eventually, we had to track someone down for assistance. The restaurant was out of several menu items, both drinks and food. Our meal took nearly three hours due to delays in service, a backed-up kitchen, and mistakes with our order. Throughout the entire ordeal, we repeatedly had to look for our server to get any attention. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were filthy, with trash scattered on the floors...
I wish I could comment on the food, but we never got the chance to try it. We were told that we would have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for a table. After waiting for 70 minutes, we checked on our seating since the restaurant was only half full. We found out that due to a lack of staff, not all tables could be accommodated, and we were informed that we would have to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes. We visited on a Saturday evening, and while I understand that things can take longer when a restaurant is short-staffed on weekends, I think they should provide a more accurate estimate of the wait time to be fair to customers.
I ordered the Triple Dipper appetizer, the Baked Seafood Pasta, and the Molten Chocolate Cake. Unfortunately, the baked seafood pasta was disappointing—it was too salty, and the crab had an odd taste. The appetizer was definitely better than the main dish, but the standout item was the Molten Chocolate Cake, which was excellent. The Deep Eddy Strawberry Lemonade was enjoyable as well. However, there were some items missing from our order, and we had to remind the staff about them. Overall, my experience was okay, but I probably won't return.
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The chili was by far the worst I’ve ever tasted! The ribs were overcooked and dry, and they attempted to cover it up with BBQ sauce, which didn’t help. I didn’t even want to touch the salad that came with the Queen's Quesadilla Explosion; it looked old and unappetizing. The quesadillas were confusing too—I honestly couldn’t tell what was in them. On the bright side, the fries were excellent! Additionally, the service was great, and our waitress was wonderful!

My experience at this restaurant was quite good, but not remarkable enough to rave about. The service was excellent; it was clear that every staff member was truly devoted to making sure their customers felt taken care of. The food was tasty, although the portion sizes were a bit on the small side for the price. I would definitely come back, but I can't quite give this Chili's a full 5-star rating.
I had a wonderful experience during my visit. I ordered online, and when I arrived, my food was hot and ready for pickup. The young woman who brought our order out was both friendly and professional. She kindly mentioned that tipping was optional, although she didn't say it was not allowed. We appreciated this clarification since the website implies that there may not be an option for tipping.
If you ain't from here don't get on the waiting list. Had multiple groups of 2 come up while I was waiting asking how long the wait was and seated before my group of 2. Had to confront the hostess and magically I was next in line. Locals never had to get on the list. Hope all oilfield stays away from this place.
My visit to Chili's was fairly typical. The waiter spoke so quickly that I found myself asking him to repeat what he said several times. The food was enjoyable, but it took longer to come out than I expected. Overall, it was neither fantastic nor awful—just an average experience.

The server was rather inattentive, and I regret not noting her name. I believe every customer deserves equal service, but that didn't appear to be the case during my visit. I might consider coming back, but I hope to have a different server next time.
