Usually this is a nice place to eat. It started out by us waiting for a seat to find out the gal that was cleaning the tables next to us was the one that was supposed to be seating us. But she took her sweet time cleaning tables instead. We werestarving, We got to the table. Ordered too much food just too kind of take the edge off. Soup came we ate it, Is waiting forthe guy to take our order instead he takes a table that just came in. 4.5 Stars. My husband is a huge fan of the Just Bacon Burger, and it has consistently exceeded our expectations. The only letdown for us was the Southwest Egg Rolls; after giving them a third chance, I've realized they’re just not for us. On a positive note, the wings surprised us with their deliciousness! As always, the Burger Bites were outstanding. The Chips and Salsa are a must-order, and we always make sure to save the leftovers! We placed our order at 6:30 on a Friday, and the DoorDash delivery was excellent—our food was hot, and the driver was very friendly. I do want to mention that experiences can differ from one visit to another, but Friday nights have always been a win for us!
worst ordering experience I've ever had. our food was mushy and ice cold by the time it arrived. the guacamole was brown, and the sprite was just club soda bc the syrup had obviously run out. it was not diluted at the ice was still frozen thanks to being inna foam cup. the only thing edible was the white queso and skillet queso and chips as those were asily reheated. even the brisket was nothing but globs of fat. it was like someone prepared a meal for their worst enemy/someone they never wanted to talk to again, so thanks, I guess when I hate someone I know where to order food from to send the message
Local to where I live but a good representation of the chain. The food is good. My favorites are the chips and salsa, Margarita Chicken (healthier is a bonus), and the general vibe. During the pandemic, their ToGo operations were vastly improved and stilla strength of the business. Parking, other than ToGo pick up in front, is not easy but the parking log around the back there isa lot of space.

I had a disappointing experience with my first lunch order due to the food being undercooked. I don't plan on ordering again. While the dinner staff has always performed well, the lunch team definitely needs improvement. They really need to raise their standards.
