I should have just gone to the Chili’s at Palisades Mall instead. On the evening of January 5, 2024, I decided to try the Chili’s in Paramus, and that turned out to be my first mistake. I wanted to order a sangria-rita, but I was told that the margarita machine was broken—what a disappointment.
The bartender didn't even wait for me to make another choice before disappearing for over ten minutes. She was preoccupied with her phone and chatting with the kitchen staff. When she finally returned, I asked for a glass of wine. Normally, bartenders will ask if you'd like a 6 or 9 oz pour, but I was just given a 9 oz without being asked. It was my husband's Birthday, we rarely go out to eat, and we just wanted a treat: we had excellent service from our seating, in a quiet section with only a few other families, and the waitress asked the bartender who was going off duty to make him aspecial drink, a Margarita which was just right; their hamburgers were huge and delicious, and they even brought him theiriconic Lava cake and gave him a Birthday cheer with 3 of their servers! It was fun, we would definitely recommend it to others;the prices were reasonable, the service very good, and the atmosphere very friendly and family oriented.
We frequent this place so often just to have their El presidente margs! The regular is a 6 dollar affair a pretty good one at that. The mango or strawberry purée they add are huge taste enhancers if you don?t want the regular. I love them, they?repriced at 9.50 Food is usually decent. I?m especially fond of their street corn wings my typical small plates here. Thereason I take away stars is because of their service. It?s always bad ????
We hadn’t been to Chili’s in ages and were really excited when we stumbled upon it again. Unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The service was okay, but the food was awful and nothing like the Chili’s we remember. Avoid the fajitas at all costs—they tasted artificial and strange, almost like it wasn’t real meat. I felt sick afterward and definitely won’t be coming back.

I visited Chili's Grill with my family, and the service was extremely slow despite it being a quiet day. I couldn't understand why it took so long when there were hardly any other customers. It took forever just to get the waitress to come over and take our order. On top of that, they even messed up a simple order. I wouldn't recommend dining here, sorry.
I had an excellent waiter who was incredibly friendly and perfect for the job. There was no wait time, and the restaurant was very clean. I ordered the mini cheeseburgers, and they were absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning.
The Presidente Margarita and the vegetarian options are fantastic. The molten lava cake is even better than what you’d find at Applebee's!
Khadari was an excellent host and server. I will definitely be returning to this location!
