Chili's Grill - Réserver une table

A few days ago, on a Saturday night at 10:20-10:30 I arrived to eat at the place with my friend and the first thing we did was wait 10-15 minutes to be served when several employees of the place had already seen us and decided to ignore us. After this wait time and after someone finally decided to serve us, we were told that they could not seat us because something was broken in the kitchen and they were not making any more food. My friend and I were outraged and left the place, but what surprised us the most was that we decided to order Togo food at the same place and it turned out that they could! Understaffed, long wait for our table. Food was a disaster compared to what we ordered. Rick the manager had to help as our waitress wouldn't break up our bill separately. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Visited on a Friday evening. We ordered the 2-for-$25 deal, which I think is a great deal. The food was alright, it tasted like your typical Chili's food....
