I visited this restaurant just before closing time with a large group of over eight college friends. I really felt for the staff, who were trying to wrap things up, but they were incredibly professional and kind towards us! Despite taking up two full tables, our waiter managed to take all of our orders without any mistakes. They even accommodated our vegetarian friend by modifying some dishes! I'm definitely planning to return soon!
I visited last night and ordered a coffee. I had to ask two staff members about the status of my drink, only to find out that they had accidentally spilled the pot and needed to brew a new batch. I'm left wondering what really happened to my coffee. Unfortunately, my server didn't seem very apologetic about the delay. I used to enjoy this restaurant, but it seems like their service has taken a downturn.
Despite there being numerous open tables, we and several other groups were asked to wait up to 30 minutes before being seated. The food took an especially long time to arrive at our table. In fact, other tables seated after us received their meals before we did. We had to request lemons for my wife's fish and for my iced tea more than once, and it took about 10 minutes to finally get them.
Terrible service! My experience began with a discourteous hostess who falsely claimed there was only one server available, all while trying to send us to the bar. However, I could clearly see at least three servers working in the dining area and more than six vacant booths. Some businesses truly don't deserve to thrive, especially after the challenges of the COVID lockdowns. Réservez une table maintenant
Awesome food and service. Wendy at the bar was so attentive. Her margaritas were great. The food was amazing. as usual). We had chicken tacos, black bean fajitas and chicken tenders. We ended with the molten lava cake , which was simplydelicious. Totally recommend. 5 stars and more. Kudos !!!

This restaurant, Chili, isn’t particularly remarkable, but it provides reasonable prices for a satisfying meal. We sat at the bar, and although the bartender was quite friendly, the overall experience felt somewhat wanting.
Our waiter Eric made our experience enjoyable. He was informative about the menu, friend, and attentive. The food was also surprisingly enjoyable. I'll definitely be back for more of Erics recommendations. Réservez une table maintenant
Chili's added a $2.99 entertainment fee for games we didn't even use. This could expose the company to legal action for including charges on the bill without notifying customers.
