The hostess greeted us with little enthusiasm and bluntly informed us there would be a 30-minute wait. When we agreed, she begrudgingly took down our number but then just stared at us as we stepped into the lobby. I asked the server for a lemon, and he brought it to us in his hand. Naturally, we set it aside. When I requested more, he brought it on a piece of receipt paper. Frustrated, I eventually got up and went to the bar myself, where the bartender used tongs to grab some and placed it in a small glass for me. Unfortunately, the food was also disappointing.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was quite poor. I ordered a medium rare steak and some sweet iced tea, but the food quality was a disaster. I really enjoy Chili's, but my last visit had some service issues. The waitress forgot to bring one of our dinner plates, and by the time we finished eating, it was finally delivered. We requested to take it home. Several items were also overlooked. I still left a tip, but I felt terrible for my friend.
Slowest place I've ever been to. Been sitting at our table for more than 45 minutes and still no food. Go literally anywhere else if you actually want to eat.
