Chili's Grill Bar Restaurant

First time at this location, June 27. The bartender was the one who took care of us, and I believe her name was Theresa. I used to be a bartender at a restaurant for 10 years, and we were never allowed to Use Our Cellphone in front of the house. I find that very unprofessional. I have never seen a manager greeting guests or even in the building. The $6 Margarita was okay. The bartender/server didn't suggest anything. She never asked me if I wanted another alcohol beverage.

Wonderful service experience, from the hostess to the waitress everyone was so kind and courteous. Other chilis in the area can’t compare to the wonderful experience that is Andover

No longer safe for people with Celiac disease. VERY few gluten free options that are not cross contaminated. So disappointing.
