Asia our server was great. It was obvious they were short handed but she remained polite and attentive despite being pulled in 20 different directions. The food was subpar. This was the third time we've gone and had issues with out food. It's like theydon't understand what a medium steak is. My wife decided to just eat her sides, which were cold. My burger was so over cooked Ibrought it home for my dog. We typically eat with our extended family (10 to 15 of us) there are few places that willaccommodate us. We placed our order, and the food arrived fairly quickly, but our drinks remained empty for several minutes before the food came. One of the burgers had the wrong toppings; it came with mustard instead of mayo, which couldn’t simply be removed or added to. On the positive side, the burger beef was well-seasoned and not dried out.
Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but I wouldn't choose this place as my first option for dining out.
The service was outstanding; the staff worked seamlessly together. When I was looking for our waitress, a young woman approached me kindly to offer help. The food was delicious—I couldn’t finish my pasta because I kept sampling my husband’s burger. It was truly a fantastic date night!
I food was great, service was great for having few employees. Had to wait a little extra time but not the wait staffs fault. They did the best they could. Only saw 3 then 4 out in the front. The tables were getting full with dishes from people that had left.

I used the app to get on the waiting list, and our table was ready by the time we arrived. Maddie was our waitress, and she was incredibly friendly and attentive. The entire staff worked well together, making for a fantastic dining experience.

I can't go to Chili's without ordering the Southwest Egg Rolls. This time, I had the Trio, and I always make sure to get the honey BBQ dippers. The server was friendly, but it took a little while for them to come back.
My family and I were waiting at the entrance to be seated, but no one came to help us, so we chose to sit down on our own. As soon as we did, the hostess was quite rude to my mother, which I found very disappointing.
