I haven't visited Chili's in years, so I had high hopes for this visit. Overall, the customer service was excellent. However, the food was a bit disappointing. We ordered the salmon with rice and broccoli, along with black beans, chips, and salsa. Unfortunately, everything was too salty and lacked any distinct flavor other than salt. The salmon needed more time on the heat as it was a bit undercooked in the middle. To cleanse my palate, I ordered a mini lava cake, which had good taste and texture, but was not quite a melted lava cake as expected. Despite the underwhelming food, the friendly and efficient service from Tina would make us consider giving the restaurant another chance in the fut...
My family and I have dined at this restaurant multiple times since moving to Mt. Dora, but there always seems to be an issue with our order. Today, they forgot to include the tortillas for the fajitas, the chicken looked unappetizing, and the chips were stale. It's unclear if the problem lies with the manager or the cook, but the service definitely needs improvement. After three negative experiences, we have decided to stop dining here. Despite limited options in Mt. Dora, we cannot continue to waste our money on subpar meals.
Was there Saturday afternoon with eight people service was great. But ships came out they were very greasy free baskets call ships all were greasy send them back got new ones the waitress was awesome when the food came out ordered two chicken fajitas and the portions were very small considering some other Chili's restaurants I have been at so I am not too happy with this restaurant the kitchen staff really don't care what kind of food they put out
The chili at this restaurant is standard, but there is room for improvement in the service. The staff appears to be on the younger side and lacks experience in customer service and attention to detail that can make a dining experience exceptional. We experienced a long wait for our food, and the appetizer was nothing special. Additionally, some of the shrimp on my wife's plate were overcooked. Overall, I would say the restaurant is just okay.

We've been to this location before and loved it. However, this time was horrible. Our waitress basically ignored us the entire night, we had to stop random food runners to help us. But the worst part was finding tin foil in our quesadilla. We sent it back to the kitchen but were pretty shocked when no management personnel came out to apologize for the incident. It was pretty unprofessional and we won't be coming back to this location.
I have ordered takeout from this restaurant twice in the past 60 days, and both times my order was missing items. For both orders, the salad dressing was missing, as well as side items and toppings on the salads. Additionally, one time I received fried chicken instead of grilled. Due to these consistent errors, I will not be ordering from this location again.
The last three times we have been there the food is over cooked and we have had stuff missing or they are out of things like street corn or asparagus or sausage. The last two times we haven't even gotten a apology for food missing on our curbside pickup. Very unhappy with the service and quality of food as of late.
It's been a while since I've been home and visited Chili's. They no longer carry the burger that I normally get so I got the ranch' one and it was terrible. My brother-in-law got the same one. It's a double patty but the burgers were burnt. It was like eating asphalt. The service was great though.

The food was really good. Our waitress, tamie, was amazing. She constantly checked on us, had a great attitude, and was smiling the whole time. Great job we will be back to see you.
