Chimi’s Fresh-mex - Réserver une table

Before my experience, I would have given Chimi 's a 4 or 5 star, but I had a terrible experience hosting a party in their back room. We called 2 weeks prior to a 40th birthday party asking for the back room. Gave someone all of our info, name, number, and number of people attending. Upon arrival, the staff had no idea of our party and were very rude at wanting to accommodate us. At one point, telling us they will not do separate checks for our guests and suggested we come back tomorrow if we don 't like it. Well, with 20-25 people attending, that was not an option. Our service was slow and tables that were also sharing our verbally rented space were getting much more attention from the staff...

The service tonight was not it. We waited 15 minutes to get a waiter and another 20 minutes to get drinks and much longer to get our order taken. When the waiter was taking our orders we said it was going to be separate (3 checks) and he rolled his eyes and immediately got an attitude. As well as snatched the menus from our hand. The food was good. Our waiter Kevin, was the worst!!! Service: Dine in
