Vette's Restaurant

Stopped in on Super Bowl Sunday. The place was dead. No big deal I wasn't there for that, just hungry. I had the Taco salad and my date had nachos. Food came out fast, server was nice. I'm pretty sure the Taco salad was left over from the week before. The meat was colder than the rest of the salad and it was just dry and nasty. Not sure how you screw up a salad. I asked for more sour cream thinking that might help but it was just wishful thinking. I gave up on it after a few bites. Tried my dates nachos despite her warning not to. They weren't as bad but still not good. I can't imagine how bad the food would be if they were busy, but I don't plan on finding out. Very disappointed. Do yoursel...

A ! We tried Vettes on a busy Friday night. We brought a large group (10) during peak hours. The the staff was very welcoming and accommodating, though next time we'll definitely call ahead to give them a heads up. The food was awesome. There is a family owned and run atmosphere. I can not say enough about our server Cindy, so awesome!. Check out their Facebook for special entrees.

Lived and worked in the area for quite a while, but this was my first visit to Vettes. Went in for a quick lunch during the day. Menu options were all very good. I ended up getting the blackened chicken. It was wonderful. Service was excellent. The waitress was right there when we needed refills and the food came out quick. This will not be my only time visiting Vettes.

Catfish is belly meat and was under cooked didn't taste good. The brownie was very good and I had a scoop of ice cream on top. Prices are very reasonable. Réservez une table maintenant

Super great food. Really laid back staff. This is an iconic place, and was nice to hang out here for a couple of hours with a great friend

Absolutely amazing little bar with great food. And the bar tenders are very social and great at their jobs.

Food is always excellent. Get the musta have roll. You won't be disappointed.
